If you attach a Super Dragon Slayer rune to your weapon, it will give you an extra 50 as a DPS to your weapon, instead the 32 that you can get with others ( corrupted, etc ). Depending on your progress into the game it might be more useful to have a cleansing or demon slaying rune. the mark on the wall is green, but there is a red box around it that lights up when i hit search.
